Whether you're strapped for resources or simply curious about the magic behind the pastry, this is the place for you. I bring to you a blend of experience as a professional communicator and a pastry chef. After 12 years with renowned brands like A&E, the History Channel, and Warner Channel, I followed my passion for pastry from the GAAP (Grupo Académico Panadero Pastelero)  in Caracas to Le Cordon Bleu in Madrid. My journey has taken me to prestigious kitchens at Meliã, Marriott, COMO, and Daniel Boulud. As a self-taught enthusiast, I firmly believe in the power of self-learning.
